In recent years we have ran a number of "Negotiating the Gender Divide" programs for women in Local Government. and female Engineers.. The program targeted women who work in largely male dominated workplaces. It helped women recognise gender differences that exist in communications and how they could use this knowledge to their advantage in negotiations. The success of this program was largely due to the highly interactive and fun approach to what might otherwise be a serious subject.....
