Research projects are managed with a keen eye on meeting project design deadlines and maintaining key stakeholder relationships while consulting key clients and communities. Our holistic, collaborative and sustainable orientation influences our research design.


We use a traditional 5 phased developmental approach to manage client projects to completion: 1.initiation; 2.planning and design;  3.execution and construction; 4.monitoring and controlling systems; 5.completion.

There are a number of approaches to managing project activities including lean, iterative, incremental, and phased approaches.

Regardless of the methodology employed, careful consideration must be given to the overall project objectives, timeline, and cost, as well as the roles and responsibilities of all participants and stakeholders.

We are careful to monitor and review these elements with clients according to an agreed schedule.

We offer negotiations and conflict coaching, career coaching, team coaching and executive coaching. The purpose of the coaching is to help them move forward from their present situation.

​Different coaching methods are offered with individuals or with groups, in person, over the phone, or online.

Professional Coaching, is a teaching or training process in which an individual gets support while learning to achieve a specific personal or professional result or goal.

The structures, models and methodologies of coaching are numerous, and may be designed to facilitate learning new behavior for personal growth, or professional advancement. We often use a style in which we ask questions and offer opportunities to challenge the coachee to find answers from within him/herself.
